Refund Policy

Phabora is a digital subscription service. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and your Paddle receipt contains a link to request support and refunds.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. This applies once per customer.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. Usage-based AI interview credits

Overage charges for AI interview credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, because real third-party costs are incurred per interview. Unused included credits do not roll over and are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Use the support link on your Paddle receipt/invoice email, or contact us at phabora.hr.workspace@gmail.com with your account email and order reference. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.
